General Description of personality (This should be at least a paragraph): Indigo is a very unique person. She's different from other people her age in the way that she isn't totally self-absorbed, although she likes to loudly proclaim her individuality. She is a tomboy, although she does enjoy painting her nails and shopping, even though she is reluctant to admit it. To hide this, she is loudmouthed, rude, obnoxious, and plays sports. She wanted to play baseball, but there was no baseball league for girls so she had to join softball. She dislikes jocky boys in general, and has sworn herself to singleness for eternity. But this oath could be shattered into pieces in the very near future..............................................................................

Biography

Reuben Blue and Lia Czaplicki (pronounced cha-plic-ee) met each other one day at a crowded Wawa. Reuben was pickin' up milk and Lia was the cashier. Their eyes met, and it was at first sight. The next day, they ran off together and got married. A year later, their darling first-born (turned out to be the only kid they had) child was born. They named her Indigo Scarlett, because they thought it would be sweet to have three colors in her name.

Indigo grew up in New York City, New York. She lives in a cool, modern apartment with her parents. It is right next-door to her Grandma Sue. Indigo grew up listening to Grandma Sue's proud stories of the family bologna factory. Thankfully, neither parents work there. Mr. Blue works in insurance and Mrs. Blue is a pastor at their local church. Indigo is not at all sure that Jesus is real, but she still dutifully goes to church every Sunday morning.

Indigo ran up to her room, panting with exertion from her backpack's heavy weight. She flopped on her bed and stared upwards. All around her was the floaty, blue canopy that she had been wanting to take down for eons, but never seemed to have the time. She hugged her faux fur blue pillow and picked up her cell to text. After waiting for over ten seconds after pressing the "on" button, she thought Dang, no battery. Must've left it on during softball practice...
"INDIGO!!!! IT"S TIME TO SET THE TABLE!!!!!!!!!" shouted her mother.
"I heard, OK? You don't have to yell!" Indigo shot back, running into the kitchen.
"No back-talk. Now come on, I gotta get to church so we're eating early."
